The 2027 conference comes at a pivotal moment. Communities throughout the country are facing steep costs, displacement pressures, and widening inequalities. At the same time, local leaders are demonstrating that a more just and sustainable housing future is within reach. We look forward to gathering in Austin, TX, from May 25–27, 2027, to take a deep dive into the policies, shared equity models, and community-led strategies that drive greater scale and impact. We’ll gain insights into what is and isn’t working on the ground, strengthen the partnerships needed to make large-scale change, and discover new tools for creating communities in which people can thrive.
